Old Wood and Steel Kangaroo Toy Mold waiter joke I'd guess 1860s or 70sI've found a few old toy molds over time similar in construction to this one described by the seller as a cat, but I think surely meant to be a kangaroo? and find them quite evocative things, with these bolts and screws protruding on all sides, so always grab them when I see them. I especially like the pencil drawn eye on the wooden side of this guy. And how the ears could also read as an open beak tweeting at the sky. The mold side is still entirely
